This program is for individuals with prior experience in fixed or slide seat rowing. Must be willing to learn to scull in a fast paced environment.

Promotion cost: $180 program fee + $54.50 RCA and RNL annual membership dues. Annual membership dues can be applied to any SJRC program until March 31st, 2025 (winter training…)

Schedule: Will follow the current adult rec/masters training schedule (Tuesday and Wednesday 6:30-8pm, Thursday 6-7:30am, Saturday and Sunday 7-9am). Schedule is subject to change in September to accommodate reduced daylight.
